By using Fly on the Wall ("Fly") you agree to these terms.

What Fly is

Fly is a macOS app that transcribes your meetings on-device and provides AI assistance (answers, summaries, search). It is free to use with your own Anthropic API key; paid plans add cross-meeting features and a managed (hosted) key.

Acceptable use

Use Fly honestly and as disclosed. You are responsible for complying with the rules and AI policies of your employer, school, interviewer, or any platform you use it with.
Don't use Fly for anything unlawful, deceptive, or that misrepresents your identity or abilities where that is prohibited.
Your license key is for one person. Keep it private; sharing or reselling it is not permitted and may lead to revocation.

Payments, renewals & refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancel any time and access continues to the end of the period.
One-time passes are single purchases.
Need a refund? Email us within 14 days and we'll sort it out fairly. Refunded or disputed purchases have their license key revoked.

No guarantee of "undetectability"

The overlay is designed to stay off shared screens, but this is best-effort and not guaranteed — operating systems and meeting tools change. Do not rely on it to conceal use where disclosure is required.

Availability & disclaimers

Fly depends on third-party services (notably Anthropic) and may be unavailable or change. The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for outcomes of interviews, meetings, or decisions made using Fly.
